Stay away from NPR!I have unfortunatly lived here since 1992 and have seen a steady decline in this area.This area is the sess pool humanity.So many trashy people inhibit this area and its sad because ack in the 80's it was so nice.Taxes are high,all the run down neighborhoods are being taken over by renters.Prostitutes are everywhere along US19 and strip clubs as well.The school system is a joke and wages are way below standard.

Nope, actually worse off the New Port Richey.You will have to go to Tarpon Springs Pinalles county just south of Holiday to get to a decent area.East Pasco is not bad if you must be in Pasco county.
